At BLACKR, we strive to deliver exceptional products that meet your expectations. However, in unforeseen circumstances, things might not go as planned. To ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen the bond of trust we share, BLACKR offers a return and replacement policy for your purchases.
What Can Be Returned/Replaced?
Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items must not be broken, tampered with, or show any signs of wear.
If the item came with a free promotional gift, it must also be returned.
Please Note:
Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection and approval by the BLACKR team.
Replacements depend on stock availability. If an item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund without any questions.
If a customer returns a product without a valid reason, delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
Cash on Delivery convenience charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Reasons for Return & Replacement (Valid Cases):
Product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
Size mismatch (only if we deliver the wrong size as per the invoice).
Color mismatch.
Wrong design or misplacement of print (front/back).
Wrong product delivered.
